Terms:

• 2% - 10 days, 1% - 15 days, net 30 days, financing is available.

Conditions:

• Minimum opening order $100.00.
• Minimum order of $50.00 is required.
• All orders under $50.00 will be raised to the minimum $50.00 charge.

Shipping:

• All orders will be shipped via the most economical way depending on the item. UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for all items.
• 3rd day select; 2nd day air; next day air shipping for orders is available at an additional charge.
• In instances where UPS is not the most economical, LTL truck shipments will be made via our selected carrier, Roadway and Yellow Freight.

Return Policy:

• All returns must have prior approval and an "RA #" on the item to be returned.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
• Freight for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom designed products cannot be returned.
